Hotpoint HTV93X cooker hood

Does anybody know the best way to get into one of these? It’s one of sloping ones. I’m needing to locate and replace the lighting transformer as I suspect that is the reason the lights aren’t working despite changing the bulbs. I’m probably being a bit lazy asking for help but I just can’t be bothered making an exploratory delve into it.

there also seem to be a dimmer in circuit before the transformer

Thanks for that Dave, at least it shows how the thing is installed. There is a wiring diagram inside the unit and the transformer looks the most obvious. Also, on Connect, it looks like a fairly universal lighting transformer.

diagram shows a diimer unit so any transformer should be dimmable
