I was at this machine a couple of days ago, it is just over 2 years old. When it is on spin you can feel the vibrations through the floor, it then gets up to full speed and there is a loud bopbopbopbopbop noise. I’m told it is deafening when there’s a load of washing in it.

The suspension seems OK, I can’t bottom it out easily and there is no sign of rippling in the door seal. I’ve noticed that the front concrete weight is coming apart, there are some large chunks on the floor and grit everywhere.

Is it more likely a sticky suspension leg? I’d rather order that than 4kg of concrete… (although I probably have one lying around)

    Any advice is always appreciated.

    Is this a wind up?

The concrete weight is falling apart and you are looking elsewhere for the noise. 😕

More than likely the weight mountings have already been damaged on the outer drum.
