    I have an RF68N Hotpoint fridge/freezer, and recently I noticed both the green (power) & red (high temperature warning) lights are both lit. Both the fridge and the freezer are warm. There is no noise coming from the unit at all. Switching it off/on makes no difference and there is no audible noises during this operation.

    I’m at a loss where to start – the motor obviously isn’t running, but if someone could give a novice some help, I’d be very grateful indeed.
