    I fitted a new pulley wheel only too weeks ago, the original (wheel worn floppy) already same problem with the new one!! Has anyone else had this problem, if so what may be causing this please. John

    yes it was, I guess that was the problem, Hotpoint org will be ok I expect. !! cheers John

    I was going to ask the same question Cliff, wasn’t sure if there was a pattern one for this though. Never had a gen one fail like that.

    yes jim i learned my lesson tried 3 all failed gen only now
