sorry don’t have the correct model number from customer on this one. when pressing start button, 00 displays but when she tries to use zones II appears. Can’t find any general info on this problem. I suppose it must be common throughout the ranges?
any help gratefully appreciated!

have merged your 2 posts as they about the same thing (with my new powers from god lol )

think you will have to find out a bit more info about it. knowing if it induction or not may help. could it be any kind of child lock ?

had a look around but without a specific model cant even get the owners manual to look at troubleshooting. looked at indesit website but found nothing

It’s a VRB640C, she’s managed to get it working but the cooking zones keep going on and off whilst cooking?
I’ve looked at the user manual and can’t see any trouble shooting!

there is not much it can be rings or board and connect want 102+vat for the board. the only longshot you have is to look for blown caps
