hotpoint / indesit dishwasher tube elements

Hi,
Just a general point with the newer merloni dishwashers;
Have changed a few tube heaters for “2+4” error codes, no heat.

Now have 2 this week, both intermittently coming up 2+4 heat errors, both heaters meter fine, both heat on a quick wash. So are these faults always at the relay end, or do the cut-outs fail in the heaters under load?

PCB’s are just as likely to cause no heat as the elements on these.
