    Hi

    I’ve been to look at the above machine after the customer complained it would not empty. Having removed a blockage from the drain pump the machine refuses to start and eventually comes up with the first light showing (water in base?). There is no water in base and switch operates when float lifted manually. Is this a module fault? Any service information would be gratefully accepted.

    the waste non-return flap on the pump housing hasnt got pushed in has it??
