If it is light No1 that is flashing then you have a leak into the base of the machine. The machine needs to be unplugged, removed from its housing and inspected for internal leaks. Sounds like a faulty inlet valve. Valve leaking into machine, overflows into base, trips float switch and switches on the drain pump.
