Hello all,
Wondered if anyone could advise on testing the above unit.
The customer has reported that the detergent dispenser is not opening during its cycle.
I have removed the suspect unit, and obtained an Ohms reading of 1,572 on the solenoid. Visually all appears well, and the dispenser opens and closes manually.
However, as I’m not certain the fault is in the unit, how does one check for a power supply to it, as I assume power is supplied only briefly part way through the cycle?
I don’t wish to quote/order the unit if it is not faulty.
