    Hello All,

I have an Integrate / Slinline Hotpoint dishwasher that has been playing up. The visibility is pretty poor under the dishwasher.

When starting a wash cycle, the machine drains and then LED 2 and 3 start blinking – similar to F06 error on Indesit dishwashers. I can’t seem to identify the water inlet valve. I thought water inlet was connecting straight to Air Break Turbine but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

I will try to take a picture or two later tonight. Anyone with knowledge of this model or similar issues on Integrated / Slimline models would be most appreciated.

    Regards,

    Hermit

Air break turbine is built into the fill chamber, part No: C00256546, quite an easy part to change.

The very limited info we get is as follows.

2 + 3 Time out filling. Customer’s tap, Inlet valve, connections, timer, water
    turbine.

The fill valve is incorporated into the fill hose aquastop at the tap end, not a common failure.

Fill valve resistance should be approx. 4k ohms. Can be tested from its connections on the main pcb, those connections also need checking.

To test the fill valve you need to get to the other end of the hose and trace the two wires from the valve that are connected to the main pcb in the base. If the fill valve tests OK and all the wiring and connections are sound then it could well be the module that is faulty. 🙁
