Hotpoint lst216 a fault code needed

Hi got the above model slim line dishwasher with 6 leds and 1&3&4 start flashing after a few minutes I’ve checked everything I can but it all checks out ok and I can’t seem to find this fault code. Thanks mark

That would explain why I can’t find a faulty part in it
