Hotpoint LST216A not draining.

Hi. Hope you can help me.

I have a Hotpoint LST216A dishwasher and currently having an issue where it is not draining. I have checked the filter and it is not blocked and the pipe is also fine.

The issue I believe stems from my impatience. I turned it off before the cycle had finished and before it had drained the water.

I now cannot get it to “reset”. I have tried turning it off at the plug and tried to initiate a new cycle and it is still not working. The machine is getting electricity.

Any ideas on how I can get this fixed?

most of these machine just continue the cycle to the end if not reset

so it should just contiue where it left off till it gets to the end

i take it thats not what is happening

Yeah, unfortunately that is not happening. When I try and start it it just does nothing.

I assume it light up just wont start

had a few Hotpoints where the buttons under the panel went faulty and even though your pushing the button the electrical contact is not being made
