Hotpoint mistral

Hi
mistral 8596 cant get the evap fan to run.
changed thermisters ,checked gas pressure,changed pcb.
Fan will run if the fridge door is opened and then shut but only for
about 30secs.Any ideas!!!

Fan motor itself, not common but tripped me up a few times it will run on test, also once temp comes down it will run for a short while then cuts out and will not come on again, i assume you have made sure the door is making the door switch.

yeah tested door switch and is ok.
The fan works on test and after the doors been opened for a bit then shut.
Maybe ile change fan and see.

And finally check the thermistor in the fridge baffle area, these are generally very reliable but they do control the fan together with the freezer area sensor.
