This is my first post so a big hi and thanks for any help.

I have read many of the posts and they all tend to lean towards it being a a thermister problem, or at least the most comon problem which should be addressed first. I have ordered both thermisters anyway. My question is are they located behind the back panel inside the frezzer compartment clipped onto the big silver radiator/cooling thing on the left hand side? Is it a matter of just unclipping them and replacing them ( obviously with the juice switched off ).

Thanks for any info in advance.

yes they do just unclip , but its worth a look to see if the condensor is all clogged up (located behind the plinth at bottom of unit) as this will cause the fridge to become warm if all blocked up with fluff and pet hairs . there is also a cooling fan located behind this which also is prone to faliure and again will create the symptoms you describe . Feel around the cabinet where the fridge door seals to . if it is warm/hot you can almost guarantee its a problem with cooling of the condensor
