    How do you adjust the door alignment on the ff 80 fridge compartment. The unit is level and i think its just age/use causing it to droop but it isnt operating the switch for the light etc which results in temp rise.

    Check the hinges etc as they may be bent or worn 😉

    Cheers Dave, hinges are not overworn. the top hinge bracket moves if you lift the door and i cant suss how to tighten/adjust it. Hotpoint will supply for a fee the instructions for reversing the hanging side which probably includes the door alignment instructions but i was hoping to avoid that. Any info anybody can offer would be appreciated before i have to succumb to the corporate blackmail that is hotpoint. CHEERS
