Had problems with freezer and fridge temperatures last year so replaced both thermistos and this solved the problem. Now, freezer temperature does not go below -10 and fridge temperature is +24. Have replaced fridge thermstor today but temperature still +24 and freezer still -10. Has anyone advise of best way forward.

Have cleaned bottom front out, evaporator is not frozen, have checked fan and that is not working but have read if evaporator is faulty, fan will not work.

Has anyone advise what fault is, or if it is worth repairing the appliance and getting a new one.

If the compressor at the back is running but the evaporator isnt freezing up then you either have a weak compressor or an oil blockage in the refrigeration system .
