Had problems with freezer and fridge temperatures last year so replace both thermistos and this solved the problem. Now, freezer temperature does not go below -10 and fridge temperature is +24. Have replaced fridge thermstor today but temperature still +24 and freezer still -10. Has anyone advise of best way forward. Also, in all the time I have had the fridge freezer, it sounds so loud when turned on.

Have you cleaned the ventilation at the front bottom ?.

Is the evaporator iced up ?.

Is the fan running ?.

Have already cleaned the ventilation at the front bottom.
Not sure what the evaporator is but appliance has been off for a week,had it on last night for 12 hours and nothing iced up.
Have taken cover off freezer compartment and fan is not turning.
