Hotpoint Mistral FF92S fridge not getting cold

Hi, hope someone can help me here…

Problem = Fridge reading room temp (25degrees)
Freezer is working fine…
After reading some threads on here i have changed the yellow sensor, the fan worked constantly for around a few minutes and then just cut out and back to doing nothing 👿
The Fan comes on randomly for around 30 seconds after switching appliance off and then on again, and then just stops (fan spind freely)

Have done the following checks (and still np joy!):
Cleaned any dust/fluff from the fan at the bottom
Flap is opening up on the bit for the frige at the top(in the light panel)
Tried defrosting unit (left it unplugged for 24 hours)

Could it be a pcb fault?

Prob’ly the fan itself, not common but i’ve fitted a few for that.
