Hotpoint Mistral freezer not freezing

Hi, my Hotpoint Mistral Fridge Freezer has been working fine until recently, when the freezer section will only reach – 10. when its normal temperature should be – 22. I would really appreciate any help with this problem, as the unit itself has been great.

hi gibbins73,

the p45 post is dated from 2006 so i doubt if you will get a reply from him, but if you look below this posting there is some help, if that does not help you the first thing you should do is a 48 hour manual defrost, switch off the appliance and leave the doors open, then try again.
