Hotpoint Mistral Fridge Freezer RF61 – Fridge not cooling

Hello everyone,
I posted on here approx a year ago with the same problem. I purchased the thermistors changed them and everything was “hunky-dory”. Thank you for such a wonderful service. Have to call on your services again as same problem has happened. This time I have the fridge reading +22 and the freezer only readin -14. Cleared all ice away from the area but still no luck. Tomorrow I’ll defrost fridge freezer properly to see if that has any effect. In the meantime does anyone have any ideas of what could be causing this and any possible solutions. Any help gratefully appreciated as the local shop owner won’t be too happy with all my freezer stuff stuck in theirs for too long! Thanking in advance

Just a quick update. After my last posting the fridge returned to its normal operating temperatures. I decided to defrost and now have readings of -22 for the freezer and the fridge temperature fluctuates between +4 and +14. Please if anyone has a clue as to what is happening I would be grateful for some advice!

Hi,
Have come to the conclusion that its potential the door seal that is the problem. Could anyone tell me where I can get hold of this so I can replace?
