Hotpoint Mistral Frost free FF92P

Can anybody help please? Error code E7 in Freezer readout. Fridge readout +21 degrees. Actual temperature inside about 15 and top shelf in the freezer occasionally has a temperature rise.

Hi Jimbo,

E7 is the evaporator thermistor faulty, this one.

Thank you so much for your swift reply.
Unfortunately I have only a PURPLE AND WHITE thermistor.
Can you thrown any light on which colour this would be to replace the yellow one shown on the website.
I await your reply and once again thanks.

Your looking in the fridge section, the white one is in there.

The green and yellow ones are in the freezer behind the rear cover which is the one you need to replace 😉
