Last couple of days Fridge unit has lost temperature and is at approx 19C. Control unit does not re-set for both the Fridge and Freezer. Had a warning icon of E7 showing on control panel. Research shows me that this is evaporation thermostat!
However have taken the unit apart as much as one would dare to try and locate thermo. This unit is completely sealed from what I can make out apart from the top panel which allows access to control module etc.
Have contacted Whitegoods and they have suggested that I put this problem to the forums.
I might also add that the rad unit has been thoroughly cleaned of dust etc and unit was also powered down for at least 4 hours although freezer unit has not been defrosted as yet.Fan is continually running as well.

Check the external fan is running at the back near the compressor.
The PNC type number would be required as a lot of models used the same name.
If E7 was showing it may be the freezer evaporator thermistor faulty.
Try a 48 hour defrost with the doors open in case the evaporator has iced up.
