Hotpoint Mistral Frostfree IC fridge not cooling properly

Hotpoint Mistral Fridge freezer, freezer working fine, but the fridge only cooling down to 12C.

Need the actual model number to find anything out but, sounds like it could be a thermistor issue, can’t be sure though or what one/s could be the problem.

On one of those, could be either thermistor or both. Most probable reason.

Most likely is the yellow plug fridge one here:

Other is the green plug freezer here:

They’ve been changed though from memory, don’t come with plugs now, you need to chop and join the old plugs to the new thermistors.

Thanks for that, I remember having to change the one for the freezer donkys yonks ago and it had a plug on it.
To save me a bit o faffing about can you tell me do I access this thermistor from inside the fridge or outside.
