hotpoint mistral nosey freezer

hi i have a hotpoint mistral fridge freezer,
it has been handed down from a family member who has said everything was fine with it
i plugged it in yesterday and it seem quiet, then my partner started playing around with the digital buttons ‘fast freeze’
not sure if that has anything to do with it but it has since been noisy, the noise is coming from the freezer only, i have found that when i open the fridge door the noise goes and sounds like any other fridge freezer would, please help, thanks

fan behind panel in freezer compartment rubbing against something or a build up of ice at fan. Opening fridge door switches off fan in freezer which explains why noise goes away.

hi, thanks for the reply if this is the case how do i remove the ice that it makebe rubbing against? thanks,bearing in mind the fridge has been turned off for a week due to storage, thanks
