Hotpoint Mistral Plus FF Temperature (again)

Hi:

I have the standard temp problems with a Mistral Plus FF, and am about to order the two thermistors, as recommended in earlier posts. But three small questions before I do so :

1. Although I know that the FF is a Mistral Plus, I cannot find a model or serial number anywhere. Does Hotpoint hide these in some unexpected place, or does the plaque sometimes fall off ?

2. In the absence of a model number, am I write to assume that all Mistral Plus FFs use the same thermistors, as offered in the site shop ? I ask because the thermistors in my machine are green, while those in the photo on the shop appear to be black.

3. I also need to purchase a new light bulb for the fridge- 240V, 15W small screw fitting. Can you supply one ?

If you remove the salad bin the model number should be there or sometimes on the overhang of the lid.

It’s pretty much assured though that they will be the correct ones, I’ve seen the green sheathed thermistors a few times before.
