    Hi, My freezer control panel is stuck on -23 and the freezer is always running to keep it down at this temperature. The fridge control is working ok.
    Any idea whats wrong?

    A model number would help. 😉

    But, if you search the forum for “Hotpoint Mistral freezer” you will get loads of information and most of it will point towards it being a thermistor failure.
