Hi All
This machine will happily spin when empty but if it has any load in it it acts as if it is unbalanced all the time (even when it is not) and won’t spin beyond 600/800 – would reprogramming the module solve this or do we need to replace the module?

no experience of this one
but have you tried the normal disconnect drier element as a long shot ?

I ended up replacing the module on this one which has cured the fault for a few weeks but it has now come back again.
