hotpoint nm11 845wc a uk stopping

next problem also went to this hotpoint where the customer says it stops with either 10 or 19 on the clock but no fault code. I did manage to get it to flash E6 then F07 F07 is heater if my memory is working but any ides on why it is stopping (heater ok)

cant see F07 E06 fault but all F07 codes relate to the motor

have emailed you some stuff

what a game dave I`m wondering if all this modern technology is going to be the end of us engineers?

its not really the technology its the lack of access to the info

in reality i should not have access to anything i have but over the years have scounged the access
