Hotpoint oven DD4541X New Condensation kit C00385566

I had a call about this one this morning, customer says water is dripping from the door when she uses the fan oven. I told her there was nothing I would be able to do and to make sure food is defrosted etc but when looking at connections I see they list a new condensation kit, part no C00385566.
I just wondered if this was a common fault and if so this was the fix?
