    Mod BS22P S/N89100179.

    I ordered a knob for the oven thermostat switch Part NoC00239330 but this knob, although it looks right has a short shaft and does not fit onto the stem of the stat switch.The stem sits back slightly from the facia of the oven. The funny thing is when i went to the job, they already had the same knob as the one i have just recieved which somebody else had got them, but it did not fit. They only seem to list one type of knob for this oven.
    Any help please

    thats all thats listed on servicenet too

    have you checked the selectors not bust?
