On this single oven in the instructions it says clearly adjust the temp of the oven by the grill regulator even though the oven has a seperate thermostat.
The oven is NOT getting up to temperature I have changed the thermostat, so I can only imagine the grill regulator effects the oven as well.
But the customer says the grill works OK.
Any thoughts

cannot see that being the case….. you say not reaching temp, do you mean not getting hot enough for the thermostat to click and light to go out or is stat clicking off at a too low temperature. Pretty basic oven. assume the fan is spinning well? would maybe monitor voltage on element to ensure its constant- maybe a toc is breaking down as it heats?

The temp dial for oven set to 200 C and only reaches 140 C. Thermostat clicks in and out. I have changed the stat. In the instructions it says its controlled

Starting the oven
1. Select the desired cooking mode by turning the
SELECTOR knob.
2. Select the desired temperature with the VARIABLE GRILL
knob. See the Cooking advice table for cooking modes
and the suggested cooking temperatures (see Cooking
Modes).
3. When preheating is ?fnished, the THERMOSTAT indicator
light will stay on: place the food in the oven.
4. You may do the following during cooking:
– change the cooking mode by turning the SELECTOR knob.
– change the temperature by turning the SELECTOR knob
