ParticipantHi,
Just had a customer on the phone telling me that their oven timer needs replacing, flickering digits. The model no is BD32k. Looking at connect they list about 4 different variations of these parts, so presumably they will go off the serial number but I still can’t make any sense of which one I need. The serial no is 804105572.If anybody can point me in the right direction it would be appreciated.
Cheers
Nick

Need the commercial code to identify not serial number, unless you can find full model number, options are BD32K, BD32K Mk2, BD32K Mk2(T)and BD32K/2. 😥

Cheers for your help. Where would I find the commercial number or is the commercial code just the full model no.
Customer read me everything off the label, he did give me another long number as we’ll could this be it, do you have an example? He did just say it was bd32k but I would have to make sure there was nothing after it.Thanks again

Commercial code is part of another long number, the commercial code is the 3rd to 7th set of numbers in that long number.
As in this example.

Cheers for that, sorry to sound so dumb, never needed this before, but is this commercial number to be found on the identification sticker. It’s just I’m going to be talking this through with a customer over the phone, 60 mins round trip to this job and would really be able to take the part with me first time.
ThanksApril 14, 2014 at 11:48 pm #412432iadom

It should be on the same label as the model and serial number.

The only other number he read from the label was 2554841200000.
Don’t know if this is the commercial no or not?April 15, 2014 at 7:57 am #412434iadom

❓ ❓ ❓
That commercial code, 54841 is supposed to be for a BD32P Mk2.
The code for a BD32K Mk2 is 54840.???? Only difference is colour TBH.
Good news is that they both use the same control unit, a C00264125. 🙂
