hotpoint ovens issues

Morning all , need to pick your brains.
got a customer who has two hotpoint ovens one normal and one grill microwave , both have faults on them but slightly different

oven 1 SI9891SPIX S/N141916013443 apparently airflow function not working , went to site and fans are both working, oven heats up but when set to max temp the rear circular fan oven element was only getting warm to touch , thinking probably temp sensor and or element ???

oven 2 MP996IXH S/N 151912009965 seems to heat up but they are also saying forced air on this one not working ?? could see the fan at the back spinning , but not a massive amount of heat coming out , wondering if it has a second fan for the forced air and or it has a circular element at the back that the fan circulates. Wondering if this too has a temp sensor fault

Any advice or hints welcome please .
