    Customer reported error fault A 11
    anyone had this fault and repaired?

    dont know about A11 but fault 11 is wash motor failure

    Thanks Dave.
    We havn’t been out to the dishwasher. The customer reported the fault by email. A-11 fault
    Going out on Tuesday. Will get the correct error code.

    The dishwasher fills then the wash motor is trying to start then a A11 is displayed.
    Wash motor fault??

    does sound like a wash motor fault

    looked up commercial code and it links to a different model

    at least that one has a manual so i emailed it to you in case it helps
