Hotpoint Quadrio FF4DK. Left hand door has severed cable causing the fridge freezer to stop working. Have seen other forums and this seems to be a common fault and therefore this product should have a recall on it. Is there a recall that i have missed and how easy is this to put right or should i demand a replacement? Kids to feed, have to go shopping every day as i cant keep food cool. Hotpoint has told me that because this is a new model it has to be refurred to a specialised department that are only open monday to friday and because its the weekend i cant do a thing. Dont know what to do?
