I called out late to look at this fridge freezer and the whole unit isn’t getting cold compressor is running and I could hear the fan running in the freezer any ideas my knowledge on refrigeration Model number is FFu3dw serial number 503170054 industrial code 81813520202

well to my knowledge if the compressor is running that rules out everything except the compressor or gas problems and that’s a specialised job
