It was noticed yesterday that the red light had come on so I looked at the instruction book which states that the temp is too high, the food had thawed out, but in the fast freeze compartment the food was more frozen than the rest?? In the fridge the temp seems as normal with the back freezing up then thawing out, then freezing up again, would this be right? The components at the back may be a little dusty, but there seems very little to fix, am I right in saying there is a thermostat and a motor, we can hear the motor kick in, so is the problem the thromstat and if so how is it only effecting the freezer, all help welcome 😀
