Hotpoint RF64 stopped working but has power.

Hi All,

I found this morning that my Hotpoint RF64 had stopped working.
The Fridge was warm and the Freezer is beginning to defrost.

The red light at the front is ON and the fridge light comes on so it has power. When i cycled the power at the mains the compressor does not seem to be active.
The back of the F/F is fairly clean, not much dust. Nothing is visually broken. No puddles inside the Fridge.

Am i right in thinking that the Compressor R134a is broken?

Could it be any thing else causing the problem?

Is it easy to replace and is it something i could do? or would i need an Engineer.

Am i better off just getting a new Fridge/Freezer?

I have just noticed that the Green Power light which should apparently always be on as long as the electricity supply is not interrupted, is actually OFF.

Could this be a circuit issue now?
