I have a Hotpoint RFS60S fridge-freezer. The freezer appears to be fine (though I haven’t checked the temperature) but things have started to freeze in the fridge and the temperature is getting down to about -5oC. The control knob for the fridge on the front is turned all the way down.
What could be causing this and what can I do to try and fix it?

Engineer time to be honest with this model, it is electronically controlled and Hotpoint show no sensors on the parts list, only the control PCB which at £80 odd would be an expensive mistake should it prove not to be that.
Check Repairs@ for an Independent engineer who should be able to provide further assistance 🙂
