Hotpoint RLA34 Freezing at Back Top

I have a Hotpoint RLA34 fridge, which is frosted up at the back top and goes down about a third of the way. Below that it’s clear and cool.
I have already defrosted it completely removing the frost and left it over night, plugged it back in and after about a week, it started to frost up again.
How can I resolve this issue?

first check the door seal as if moisure cant get in it cant freeze

make sure your stat is not set too high

from what I am led to believe one of the causes of this fault can be lack of gas in the refigeration circuit. I am not well up on fridges but its something I am sure I have seen as an answer to the above problem
maybe some of the fridge boys can jump in and clarify
