My fridge has decided to start freezing things 🙁
We’ve turned the temp dial down from 4, gradually over the last month to #1 and it has helped a little each time, but we can’t go any lower now and it’s started freezing again.
The door seems to be sealing well. I’ve defrosted it twice and removed all the ice from the back of the fridge and the drain hole is clear. It just keeps icing up again.
It seems to be much worse at the back of the fridge than at the front and the top is worse than the bottom.
Is this likely to be the thermostat? if so is this something we can replace ourselves? (husband is former electrician, so has meters and basic knowledge)
