My dad has problems with the door seal on this model. It is not sealing properly along the top edge of the seal. Hotpoint came and changed the seal with no improvement. They have been out again today and packed the top edge out with mastic sealant to move it forward to meet the top of the door seal. Has anybody else had this problem.
