Hotpoint S420EKH oven unit – no top oven/grill

Hi folks

Not sure if anyone can help – I’m after a wiring diagram for a Hotpoint Oven Unit

S/No 504120002

Got no top oven/grill working. No top oven pilot light coming on – got supply to top oven stat as far as I can tell and main cut out on top of top oven testing out ok. All the wiring and selector switches look ok with nothing overheating and cooling fan working from selector apart from when you switch grill on then it stops. Grill not working either. Grill elements are either halogen or glass radiant type.

Not sure how this setup works so could probably do with diagram to sort where all the feeds go and come from – suspect there is no neutral somewhere along the line. But loads of wires and at least a 12 cam selector switch on main oven and no idea what is switching what.

Main oven works fine. Thought might be timer fault at first but that seems to be testing out ok and feeding main oven and top oven.

Customer reckons working when switched off – not working next time used. Sounded like cutout may have tripped somewhere but one on top of top oven ok. There is another stat of some sort on the top of oven but has 4 tags and not sure what is n/c or n/o.

Any help appreciated.

look at the selector switch. I had one caught me out a tiny piece of plastic holding the centre broke away so that the knob turned but the switch/stat didnt.
