Not sure about that model but for the SC98 it is as follows.

F06* Centre oven temperature too high during cooking (>325°C)
1. Verify that the temperature probe is correctly fitted to the rear part of the ovens cavity and at the terminals J9 and J10 present on the power board.
2. Check that the ovens wiring conforms (see electrical
scheme).
3. Substitute the electronic board (first the display one then the power one if the fault persists).
After every operation execute procedure ‘A’ to verify the positive outcome.
