ModeratorWent last week to this machine, complaint of not draining. Customer reports seeing no error codes flashing at all.
Switched on, pressed Reset, selected Prewash and it drained perfectly.
Stripped pump down, good condition ( machine under 2 years old ) no sign of any obstruction, outlet pipe goes into standpipe.
Tried several fill and drains and it worked every time.
It has worked for three washes and has apparently failed again.
Once again when I use reset and set to a programme it drained out the water that had been left in the machine overnight.
Customer says that machine gets towards end of cycle, the drying light was lit on one occasion when they heard a bleeping sound and machine stops. It is full of water on the drying cycle but shows no error codes?
Once again, every time I set it to start any programme it drains perfectly. 😕 ❓ 😕
Will possibly try a new pump but the one on the machine seems fine.
Any ideas?
Jim.

Had a similar fault on an Indesit m/c and was the crappy connections on the main board. Found this out after I had sent board away to EMW for testing and came back ok.
Just a suggestion?

They started to wire the drain pump in series with the wash motor Jim, i’d have to check with that model but it could be the toc tripping on the wash motor. JJ

Thanks for that Johnny, I will check on the serial number if I get a recall.
That would explain why it works OK for me the day after.
Jim.
EDIT. Just had a look at the wiring diagram and it does look as though the pump is routed via the circ pump TOC on SDW60 but not on later SDW60.C
A word of warning. The C in the model number indicates that it was made by Wuxi-Little Swan in China. 😯
