Hi,

I have this oven and I was wondering if there was a way to tell what temperature it actually is as it has a digital display?

With my old manual you put it on for 180 and 5 minutes later you could turn the dial down and the click and light on showed you it was 120, say.

How do I know the actual temp on this one though?

Similarly, I cook a roast, then whack it up to 230 for the Yorkies at the end, I find I have to turn it off and on again for 230 to know if it is at the temp or not.

Any clues please?
