Hotpoint Side By Side American Style

Hi guys need some help, fist thing sorry not got the model details on me rite now but will post later

Its a 2004 Hotpoint side by side that I believe is Whirlpool built with the duel display inside the fridge it the top.

Initial problem was it was the normal relay clicking and shutting down, I replaced both boards with bean new ones from HP however it keeps shutting down going to either dashed on either side or a 1 on the freezer display and dash on the fridge, I spoke with one of the lads I worked with an suggested it likely a faulty set of boards so ordered replacements and sent the others back, replaced both but this morning got a call that the freezer display shows 1 and a line across the fridge.

Any ideas ?

One I wish I’d not started TBH.

If it’s whirlpool make then it’ll have a 12nc number .

May be under the hotpoint label or on the back.
