Been on this dishwasher and found the following fault: Cant select program or select any options on display. the machine has a large lcd display which flashes off then resets after a second or two showing OFF in the display. it has two modules in the control panel, one display module and a bit 100 board, Anyone seen faults like this before ? im thinking its the bit 100 board but not seen these display boards before!

The really worrying part of your post is the letter .C

That means that it is a piece of poorly designed Italian crap, made in China. 😥
