Hello, I’m new to this forum but was recommended by a friend who used it successfully a few months ago. We have a Hotpoint slimline 7800 dishwasher, 15yrs old, which is leaking from the water drain hose. I’ve shortened it once but it’s leaking again and I want to replace it as the plastic is obviously perishing. (and I’m getting fed up of cleaning up the mess!).
How do you access the hose end that’s inside the base of the machine? I can’t see how to get at it without completely dismantling the machine. Any help would be appreciated.

Drain hose is p/no 1800033 – an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk for prices and ordering.

You can access the hose via the lower front panel, but to feed it through the base you’ll need to remove the concrete block at the back, IIRC. Been a while since I’ve done one………..

Stay safe, power off at all times.
