hotpoint slimline d/washer(df21?)

hi all, dishes etc on top rack dont get clean? dishes on bottom are fine.top spray arm not turning properly,water dribbling out. can’t see any problem with arm, no blockages, water pressure fine. everythig else ok. any help would be appreciated as it is my mothers, even anywords of comfort when she says”i thought you fixed these things for a living.” if only :rotl:

Double check the model number if you’re not sure if it’s a DF21 ?? 😉

It may have a diverter valve (DF21 doesn’t however).

DF21 is not a slimline model. DC21 is.
